In addition to a comprehensive website (www.tolstoy-resources.com), Tolstoy Resources publishes a quarterly newsletter on career management that is distributed to both candidates and clients within the Tolstoy Resources network. Tolstoy Resources is a member of the Statistical Society of Canada; the Credit Association of Greater Toronto; a link partner with Equifax Canada for consumer credit reporting and is recognized by the Credit Scoring and Risk Strategy Association of Canada as a leading recruiter in that field.
"Our referral network is the heartbeat of our business. 90% of the people we meet are through referrals from past and present colleagues, employers, clients, suppliers and friends. A referral is not just a name to us. It is a vital link in our search to finding the right candidate. Our network of contacts is what regenerates the pool of human resources we bring to our clients. To us networking is the process of developing and nurturing personal contacts to obtain 1) referrals, 2) advice, 3) information, and 4) support. It's all about building long-term relationships with both candidates and corporations."
